Sending and Managing Invitations

Managing and inviting users in Tether is a straightforward process. This guide will help you understand how to manage and invite users within the Tether platform.

Accessing the User Management Section


1. Log In: Start by logging into your Tether account.

2. Navigate to Audience: On the left-hand sidebar, click on the “Audience” section.

3. Select Invitations: Under the “Audience” section, select “Invitations” to access the user management page.

Inviting New Users

To invite new users to your organization:

1. New User Button: Click the “New User” button located on the right side of the user management page.

2. Enter User Details: Fill in the new user’s details, including their name, phone number, email address, and role.

3. Send Invitation: Click the “Send Invitation” button to send an invite email to the new user.

Tracking Invitations

Pending Invitations: You can track the status of pending invitations in the “Invitations” section under the “Audience” menu.

Resend or Cancel Invitations: If necessary, you can resend or cancel pending invitations from this section.

Managing Invitations

1. Navigate to Invitations: Under the “Audience” section, select “Invitations.”

2. View Invitations: You will see a list of all sent invitations. If there are no invitations, the page will indicate “No invitations to display.”

3. New Invitation: Click the “New Invitation” button to invite a new user.

Sending Bulk Invitations

For sending bulk invitations, contact Tether support to request access and learn more about this feature.

Resending or Cancelling Invitations

1. Select Invitation: Click on the invitation you want to manage.

2. Resend or Cancel: Choose to resend the invitation or cancel it as needed.
